"Hi, I’m part of a nationwide youth movement called Hillary Speaks for Me..."

Tough questions

The Clinton campaign conference call was officially a call with major fundraisers, though reporters were allowed to listen in.

And, man, those donors ask the tough questions. I didn't catch the questioners' names, but here's a sample:

"Hi, I’m part of a nationwide youth movement called Hillary Speaks for Me, and it’s been so exciting to have Chelsea involved."

"The cool thing is Texans are not afraid of a strong, smart, confident woman."

And, from Oklahoma: "With Hillary investing in her own campaign — man! Better!"

(A Clinton aide, responding to my cynicism, notes that they're donors and would be expected to be fans.)

1. "Oh, Ben, how do you keep from laughing", "Oh, my, that's tooo funny! Those stupid donors."
Well, you know, what did you expect when sitting in on a Clinton donor conference call? When you sit on an Obama donor conference call, check in with us and let us know what they really say? Mmmkay.

2. A nationwide youth movement?
Kind of like thehillaryiknow.com?

Funny, these politically savvy kids don't have a website. Not even a MySpace page. Just this, with all of four people pledged to attend:

5. Kucinich had something up here recently...

Does the woman do NOTHING original?

She is taking things from other campaigns at an alarming rate.

I keep saying I'll take another look at her if she admits some culpability in her votes, the longer this goes on the more difficult doing that second look is going to be if it happens.
