until they either kill each other, or come to an agreement that one will cede the nomination to the other, and that the one giving up the nomination gets the VP slot. Hell, whichever one is VP may very well end up working out of the White House for 16 years rather than the 8 years the nominee can potentially be there. Would that be such a bad thing for the one making the concession?

In the meantime, WE THE PEOPLE, of the Democratic Party need to stop tearing our candidates and each other apart.

Reality check: If this doesn't happen SOON, and both candidates stay in until the convention, then the Super Delegates are going to select our nominee for us, and half the party is going to be so damned pissed off that you can count on addressing Senator McCain and President McCain.

And, we will have only ourselves to blame.

1. I agree.
The divisiveness does nothing for the party, or for DU, for that matter.

2. "I don't belong to an organized political party
I am a Democrat." Those words of Will Rogers are just as true now as they were 80 years ago. I am glad our party isn't made up of sheep, but I do believe that often we go to the other extreme, to our detriment.
