But now that he apologized and has been embarrased by the corporation apologizing for his remarks--it is enough. He is one of the better people on cable news and I hate to see him off the air.

38. It seems like a lot of people either called or e-mailed their disdain for his

use of the word "pimped" and MSNBC thought it was more appropriate to suspend him. I personally think it was a stupid thing for him to say and he really should know better but I don't think he should get fired for it. The fact that MSNBC has him going on the air and apologizing (twice I believe) means that they will bring him back at some point otherwise the man would have already been fired. It was the right thing for MSNBC to have David Shuster apologize.
