1. I heard WA was 1PM local time

From the Nebraska DP website:

2008 Presidential Caucus Results

Though some caucuses will be starting as early as 9:00 a.m. CST, the first results will not be uploaded until 7:15 p.m. CST. It is important to the NDP that no results are released before all Nebraskans have had a chance to convene their caucus.
