Between online contributions and cash at the door, I fundraised $4,000 tonight for Obama

We had a concert with two bands and myself performing in front of about 150 people and made $507 at the door. Online, another $3,500 was contributed... all of it going to the Wisconsin for Obama campaign.

I even got to scream in the mic "are you fired up? ready to go!". There was some news folks as well as someone from MTV who recorded a lot of footage for an upcoming feature on the campaign.

The event was set up last Saturday and it worked out really well. No one appeared to be acting like they were in a "cult"... :hi:

We're going to do another one next Friday.
