3. This is my take on it

I remember watching Richardson speaking out against the Bush and how he forewarned them about terrorist attacks before 9/11. I remember Richardson getting absolutely DESTROYED by the media b/c the Bush whitehouse was pushing their talking points onto them. The only person who really took a stand against it was Keith Olbermann and I have liked him ever since. He was the only one with the courage not to Spin. I absolutely hated how Bush controlled the media.

Now Shuster's choice of "pimping out" was a bad choice of words to use, I'll admit that much. However, I think its dangerous to try to control the media and spin them. I would rather have journalists being critical and speaking out, it makes for a more honest and open society. I don't want to hear just "spin" from politicians.

said something absolutely indefensible and like the rest of the people in the workforce had to accept consequences for stupid actions. Poor guy and damn that Hillary for getting upset and being called a pimp and by definition got her daughter called a whore. I mean, who does she think she is anyway - a mother??!! So fucking what. The press should be able to say any disgusting thing they want and we are to just lap it up like puppies and allow them to treat women like shit. Why shouldn't the other men in the backround laugh? The hypocrisy on this web site has gotten surreal. If Shuster had said anything like this about Mrs. Obama, the place would have exploded. Anyone who says that Hillary has gotten the same kind of treatment at Senator Obama is outright lying.

For the record, have no problem with the suspension (like children, if you don't punish bad behavior, they'll just do it again) but don't think it should last very long - 2 weeks works for me. I also heard his apology. The first one was a joke and a non-apology apology - the kind that used to make this place steaming mad. However, I think the one last night was more than sufficient.
