6. I will support Clinton only if the superdelegates aren't used to nominate her
over the will of the people. If she and her campaign are successful in calling in political markers, I will sit out the election or write in someone.

7. Will of the people? How are we going to know that with caucuses
and the way the delegates are distributed? With a close election, it looks as though it won't even be possible to determine what the will of the people is.

The whole damn system needs to be changed; but it too late to do so now for this election and probably nobody will care once it's over. The Democratic Party hasn't even addressed our corrupt general elections. Would anyone really be surprised if the third presidential election in a row is stolen by the Republicans?

8. You have to go with either elected delegates or popular vote.
Each has limitations and are not perfect, but are a better way of determining a nominee than the "smoke-filled" room (which now would be a "smoke-free" room, of course).

9. That's what we're left with. That and a divided party going into an election
which is going to be harder than most here think and may very well be stolen by the Republicans.

And when the talking heads for our corporate press say "the Democratic Party was seriously divided" and "once people got into the voting booth, they obviously weren't ready for a woman or an African American," as the case may be, we're not going to be in a very good position to contradict them.

While we will suspect the election was stolen and the exit polls back up our suspicions, how are we going to prove such was the case? Two presidential elections have been stolen and nothing was done to prevent its being done again. We've set ourselves up for it to happen again, and the bitter down and dirty struggle going on between the Clinton and Obama factions will make it all the easier.
