I thought WA would close first at 5pm central but sometimes caucuses close early.

The Nebraska caucuses are already wrapping up and the votes are being counted. We should hear something later this afternoon.

Apparently, turnout was much heavier than expected, so there have been some organizational headaches that might be slowing down he process.
