At least, I don't think there is. IIRC, he made that "joke" at some sort of fundraiser or "just between us Republicans" event.

He subsequently apologized, but the core of the joke was that he was calling an adolescent girl ugly. Oh, and she was ugly because Janet Reno was her father. No apology works for something like that; anyone who would say it in the first place is a vile piece of shit.
