Obama wins the Virgin Islands? ...wtf?
the Virgin Islands vote... in our elections? I feel like a moron asking this question but who knew?

1. The people in the United States Virgin Islands are American citizens.
Just like Guam, Puerto Rico, and some others I can't think of.
