John McLame was born in the "Panama Canal Zone"
Here is my question: is he a "natural born citizen"? Could there be a constitutional issue over whether or not he can actually become president? Just curious.

1. Yeah, unfortunately he is.
Anyone born to at least one american parent, anywhere in the world, or anyone born in the U.S is a natural born american citizen.
