maybe not 3-4 paragraphs, but at least something indicating that's it's not just a fluff thread. Many threads, especially lately, are of little substance and contain just one sentence or less. Having just one sentence or less is a warning sign of fluff.

Cleaning up the mess in GD-P will take far more than I believe the Admins are willing to do, and that may or may not be a compliment to them, depending on the day. ;)

Ultimately Skinner and Co. are the ones who decide what flies here and what doesn't. The fact that they green light as much as they do tells me it's not a big concern to them that people seek to destroy Democrats at any price, so begging and hoping may not get anyone very far. And I say this as someone who isn't very thrilled with the state of the Democratic party these days. But even I care if they're torn down over real issues and concerns, or whether they get torn down by fucks who care about winning and not what to do once they've won. It's Skinner's choice as to what kind of forum he wants, and so far they've chosen exactly what we see, for good or ill.

19 of 24 are donating members.

10 of 24 have been here longer than 3 years.
4 of 24 have been here 1-3 years.
2 of 24 have been here 3-12 months.
4 of 24 have been here less than 3 months.

The other 4 have hidden their profiles so it's not possible to see how long they've been here.
(That should not be possible to do IMO) 3 of those 4 are not donating members.

I don't know, I remember when you were only allowed to post 1 or 2 paragraphs on a subject, then needed to provide a link that would verify your post. Or ask anyone for verification!! If you're only limiting each person to a certain number, you are squelching his right to free speech! On the other hand, certain names come up over and over giving facts and counterpointing those fact. It's almost as if some connect here with super intensity that gets outs of control.

The way I see it, we're back into thinking that by changing parts of the same problems that exist, you need to find a solution and the alternatives -- are for S--T!!
