Anyone know what's causing the hold up in DC votes?
Still 0% at every point I can find. Were there delays closing the polls because of crowds or weather?

1. They didn't do any exit polling there
(don't know why) so they didn't have anything to make projection on and have to wait until actual vote counts start coming in. Guess it takes a while.
