I am trying really hard to feel confident with Obama being nominated

Please make my day and convince me. Edwards was my first choice and Clinton my second. I know there have been many astute politicians supporting Obama and they obviously know a lot more about him than I do. I have read biographies on both Bill and Hillary Clinton, and even though both of them have done some things in their past that I don't agree with, I still admire them very much. I feel that Hillary has always aspired to be president and has all the qualifications that are necessary.

Obviously, being Australian, I cannot vote in your elections, but whoever is President of the United States effects the whole world.

It would be discouraging to lose now. If we can't win now, then when?
