I think WEEE should call superdelegates
Edited on Tue Feb-12-08 09:52 PM by PretzelWarrior
and tell them who WEE want them to vote for. If Chelsie and the gang can take them to lunch and do whatever it is they are doing to garner their support, we reglar folks ought to be able to register our wishes directly to the superdelegates.

Let's post some names, phone numbers, emails, etc. of who all of these people are. I think Obama needs some help. Oregon's primary isn't until May, my wife and I have already donated to him...I'd be happy to twist a few arms of the likes of Ted Kennedy, Barbara Boxer, Donna Brazille, etc.

What do you folks think?

2. I think Barbara Boxer set the standard for the other Senators, hopefully -
give your delegate vote to the winner of your state. The people have spoken, and it's the senators' jobs to represent their constituents.

That seems fair and just, and I don't know how the other Sens couldn't do the same without getting grief from their voters.

it's the state party chairs, and DNC members I'm truly wondering about.

5. I have contacted both Sen from Washington the state. Both are commited for Hillary and
Cantwell is even campaigning for Clinton. Washington went about 61% for Obama. Of course Cantwell voted with Clinton to give G.W.Bush authority to kill a million or more people in Iraq.

13. that's the kind of sh!t I want to bring to light
when their own state votes overwhelmingly for one person and they already commit to vote for the other person? That is just wrong and needs to be brought up in light of day.

Thanks for calling them, though.

10. yes. WEEEE as in "WE" as in....all of us.
this thing looks very very likely to come down to how the split on super delegates shakes out, and I don't want something to happen where the superdelegates help tip the scales against the direction of the Democrats throughout the nation who vote.

20. With respect Redstone, what are we going to do about it. Incumbents are immune
against reprisals within the party. They are guaranteed a free pass to the general. You can threaten them all you want but they know you can't back it up.

28. How do you propose to replace a Democratic incumbent. I say it can't be done.
Anyone willing to run against an incumbent in the primary will be committing political suicide with regard to party ambitions. The party organizations will always back the incumbent as will the big money donors. We will see if anyone will be able to unseat DiFi or Pelosi.
