Peasants At The Gates
Eight contests since Super Tuesday. Eight big wins for Senator Obama. The Senator gave an inspiring acceptance speech last night in Madison, Wisconsin, before an overflow crowd of 18,000, showing the nation what we in Illinois have known for some time now: this is a once in a generation leader.

Obama has now won 22 contests to Clinton's 10. He leads in the popular vote. He leads in pledged delegates. He leads in the overall delegate count. And he leads Senator McCain in national head to head polls by 7% points.

The gates have not given way yet. But they are on fire.

2. Media creations often win elections!
Americans prefer to vote for cartoons than for serious people. Republicans in particular like to vote for cartoons. That is why Obama will win this, and win it big.

4. Starbucks at the Gate you mean.
The peasants, actually, are voting for Hillary

Obama is drawing the latte' crowd and African Americans.

So, Obama is leading the rich, eliste, liberals that so many on this board seem to loathe.

Hillary is getting the Walmart shopper.

How about "Starbucks" at the gate?

has become from the Bush drubbing over the last 7.5 years..

12. Message from the rabble
In the "Potomac" primaries Obama carried "working class," people such as myself. His economic address yesterday in Janesville, WI, adds substance to his outreach to the traditional Democratic base of working people. The more people see and hear of Senator Obama, the more they like him and his message.

5. Nominated.
I'm hoping that Senator Clinton is giving serious thought to doing the right thing. Our party needs to unite and begin to prepare for the fall election.
