Why doesn't Obama and/or Hillary make a speech along the lines of....
Edited on Wed Feb-13-08 01:10 PM by samrock
This is to be made next time John McCain talks about the Democratic Party as the party of surrender..

No Mr McCain .. We did not surrender .. YOU did .. to George W Bush's lies! It is us who
support the troops.. Not you!! We are trying to get them the HELL out of there.. Back to their homes
and loved ones.. You are trying to get them killed or maimed.. and for what???.. A war based on a
pack of lies/half truths/trumped up evidence.. We are the patriotic ones.. Not YOU and your party. We did not start
a war killing over 4,000 of our nations best and brightest, having tens of thousands losing limbs/souls/spirits!!
Wasting 100's of billions of dollars.. Not to mention all the hundreds of thousands of Iraqi's either killed or maimed and the billions of dollars of damage to the Iraqi Society..

6. Obama campaigned for Lieberman! Pro-war Lieberman! c'mon...
if he was really against the IW he wouldn't have supported Lieberman's re-election in 2006. He would have stood up for his beliefs...and supported Lamont, the anti-war candidate. So he says he's against the war and made a speech about it WHEN HE WASN'T IN THE SENATE AND DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING TO LOSE but in '06 when push comes to shove he campaigns for Lieberman!

And Lamont endorsed Obama.

You're going to have to try harder than that, kid.

2. You should be their speech writer instead of hope, change,
etc. What exactly are they promising us in concrete terms?

10. Obama ran in Illinois for the Senate. I listened to his speeches
only to be betrayed when his seat was in DC. I helped he and Bean win in my Republican district. I listened to his "terrorist fear" speech lies on CSPAN. That was enough to put me off him forever.

A good speech is not enough when it comes to representing the constituents. Actions do speak louder than words.

What would she be lieing about?? She did not start the war.. GWB did!! .. She has said IF she knew then what she now now she would not have given Bush the power to start the war... Obama has said he is not sure HOW he would have voted.. 20/20 hindsight is SOOO easy.. Lets lay the blame where it belongs on GWB and his administration.. Even if Hillary HAD voted against it.. THE only difference is Obama supporters would have 1 less talking point!!

12. Depleted Uranium contamination in the ME
and Rumsfeld walks away with profits. His Tamflu drug did well also for his pocket. He should be arrested for war crimes against humanity. Children are being born with defect because of his use of this already known illegal weapon DU. Defects here and in Iraq.
