There were Eight votes yesterday on FISA, see the list below...
Obama voted on all amendments and the cloture vote, but missed voting on the final bill which took place yesterday at 5:30 PM, he was probably traveling to Wisconsin at that time.

Clinton was not present for any of the votes and voting started yesterday just after 10:00 AM. It was reported that she was in the area of DC earlier in the day before traveling to Texas.

Final passage vote link (vote # 20) shows a time of 7:30 AM ??? although the vote on final passage did not occur until 5:30 PM.

1. EIGHT votes!
All over whether or not the Telecoms should be granted immunity!

As Dodd said, these "patriotic companies doing their duty" weren't so patriotic when they pulled the plug for lack of payment.

Makes me wanna holler...

2. Now don't go confusing people with facts now!
you know the current talking point is that OBAMA missed voting on FISA, that he voted "present" and all that.

Why you hatin on Hillary for not even BEING there! I mean she was in VIRGINIA doin something IMPORTANT and. like, the fix was IN ANYWAY... so her vote wouldn't COUNT!!!

But Obama... he missed the last vote on it so HE is to blame for the FISA bill! OBAMA skipped out on his important obligation to filibuster that bill. He doesn't DESERVE to be President!!!

(and oh, btw, :sarcasm: :sarcasm: :sarcasm:)
