She DID congratulate Obama
Hillary spoke in Texas again today, congratulated Obama on yesterday’s wins and stressed that she is ready for the coming contests:

“I’d like to congratulate Senator Obama on his recent victories and just tell him to meet me in Texas,” Mrs. Clinton said. “We’re ready. We go on, and we are ready for the contests ahead. There are hundreds of delegates in play on March 4. We are organized and well positioned. This is a long journey to the nomination. Some weeks one of us is up and the other is down. And then we reverse it. … It’s a long and winding road.”

8. Only after it had been widely commented on
http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2008/02/12/clinton-still-no-congratulations-for-obama/

Clinton: Still no congratulations for Obama

EL PASO, Texas (CNN) – For the second election night in a row, Hillary Clinton failed to acknowledge or congratulate Barack Obama after he won the day in dominating fashion.

On Tuesday in El Paso, hours after Virginia had been called for Obama, she stuck to her “Texas campaign kickoff” message and did not stray from an energetic, Lone Star-themed stump speech. She did mention Obama by name, only to chide his health care plan.

On Saturday night in Richmond, Virginia, Clinton spoke to a crowd of thousands at the state’s annual Jefferson-Jackson dinner, but she ignored Obama’s quartet of blowout primary and caucus wins that day as well (Obama also won the Maine caucuses the next day).

The courtesy of conceding a primary or caucus loss — and then congratulating your opponent — is by no means required. But it has become standard practice during campaign season.

But as the race has shifted to a delegate chase with dozens of states in play around the country, the notion of congratulating one’s opponent seems, for Clinton, to have fallen by the wayside

10. The only reason she acknowledged
his wins is because she got bitched out by the press.

If no one had mentioned it, she would never had done it. Classless.

24. possibly she's been busy...
not a hc supporter, but would rather see campaigns and media focussed on the issues than on the minutiae of formalities. Anyone have an idea of the stress of months of travel and speeches and interviews involved, as well as the continuing senatorial responsibilities of these two?

19. You know what the problem is with this speech? She's acting like a huuuge Hypocrite
I mean she put up a negative ad about Obama not debating her in Wisconsin. So what does she do in response? She tells him to meet her in Texas, ignoring the fact that Wisconsin comes before that. While Obama is Campaigning in Wausau, Waukesha, Milwaukee, Madison, Green Bay, Oshkosh, Janesville, Racine, and more, she's still in Texas and is going to OHIo, continuing to ignore Wisconsin. Real classy.

31. More on her hypocritical ad
It says in the ad "Maybe he'd prefer to give speeches than have to answer questions." Thats funny considering HE has been the only one out of the two candidates so far to actually be doing Wisco town hall meetings where they answer questions that ACTUAL voters ask.

She is going to show up four days later, and she has the audacity to hold this bullshit moral highground that she cares more about wisco voters cuz she agreed to a debate that he didnt. That's my point.
