New Poll (Quinnipiac) shows Clinton with strong (55-34) lead over Obama in Ohio
http://www.timesreporter.com/index.php?ID=79706&r=3

Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton maintained a strong lead over Barack Obama among Democratic voters in Ohio, a state that will be crucial in determining the party's presidential nominee, the latest poll shows.

Clinton is facing make-or-break primaries on March 4 in Ohio and Texas now that Obama has strung together primary victories in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Clinton, a U.S. senator from New York and former first lady, led Obama 55 percent to 34 percent, in a poll released Thursday by the Quinnipiac University Polling Institute.

Obama did cut into Clinton's lead a bit since the last Quinnipiac was released in December. In that poll, Clinton led Obama 45 percent to 19 percent.

Head-to-head matchups presented to voters between Republican Sen. John McCain of Arizona and Clinton and Obama were all nearly even when the margin of error is considered.

The telephone survey of 1,748 Ohio voters was conducted from Feb. 6 through Tuesday. The margin of error for the 564 Democratic voters questioned was 4 percentage points.

13. The MSM is seriously baffled by this...
"Wh-why is this poll so different? We can't figure it out!"

Lol. Fools. I find it sad that many of us here are more on top of things than our supposed *sources*.

17. And no independents either.
Yeah, Quinnipiac sure is on top of things. :eyes:

You figure that if they're going to take the time to do the poll they might look into the rules for the Primary and see who can participate.

Sloppy.

9. No its a great great poll
As the race tightens and better polls come in the perception will be that Clinton's comeback has waned and Obama with his fresh victories in Wisconsin and Hawaii has regained even stronger momentum
