15. I've heard the same thing from many people

From people that are more "center." They like McCain more than Clinton and Obama more than McCain.

If Clinton becomes the nominee, you cannot tell people on here to vote for McCain, FYI.

29. I am tired of the Clintons too but...

you have to realize that voting in a presidential race is not all about how much we like the candidates as people. Even though I think the Clintons have little integrity, voting for McCain is a great evil. If you need proof, look at the FISA bill. EVERY single republican voted to make telecom companies immune to lawsuits for spying on us. EVERY republican agreed to take away our 4th amendment rights.

The truth is, character does not have as huge an effect on policy decisions as you may think.

7. It's different in my neck of the woods.

Most of my coworkers, who are rather middle of the road, have stated that they'll take Clinton over McCain in hopes of a renewed economy. They've also said that they'll take McCain over Obama because they feel that he is middle of the road, which is what they want.

I'm not even sure he'd vote McCain. He joked the name he would write in if it were McCain v. Hillary would be "Nikita Krushchev". But he likes Obama and despises both Hillary and McCain.
