Wisconsin Clinton & Obama repeat
Well, Hillary just got over. I'm guessing Obama is next. I didn't get to see it earlier, I had to watch boxing. Anyway, heads up!

6. Doyle had previously endorsed
But I had read earlier that her introducer wasn't very nice, so maybe that's why he didn't feel the need to be diplomatic.

7. That's right ..I read on one of earlier
long threads that hilary's introducer had some snarks on Obama..so The Next President of the United States isn't so bad!

I missed this before, thanks, sandnsea!...

"Obama picks up Wisconsin governor endorsement
by John McCormick

NASHUA, N.H. -- As the Democratic presidential candidates prepare to debate this evening in this first-in-the-nation primary state, Sen. Barack Obama's campaigned announced an endorsement from Wisconsin Gov. Jim Doyle.

In a statement, Gov. Jim Doyle said he was backing the Democrat from a neighboring state because he believes Obama can build a coalition of Democrats, Republicans and independents to win in November and make changes in Washington.

“Obama listens to competing points of view, but makes strong decisions," Doyle said. "He has campaigned like he will govern, by bringing people together and inspiring average Americans to participate in the political process so that we can take on the special interests and the great challenges we face.”

12. Its amazing it takes part of what you have heard before but
it is more polished and it is adapted to every objection put up to him.

At certain points you can see that he is pissed. Pissed that he has to go explaining yet again a basic truth. He is exposing a gritty strength. Its like he is saying I was trying to give you the summary but now you want specifics and he starts detailing it in a voice that indeed sounds like a college lecturer. Its odd but he is getting better and better and growing in stature before our eyes. At some point he stopped running for president and is becoming a president. Hmmmm maybe this system actually works.

13. Agree -- I sense that process in him also. He absorbs objections and
turns them into potential solutions. It's a responsible re-working.

There is also the impression he leaves as someone who manages anger and disappointment better than others. I get a sense that he is a listener, very likely a good one.

14. I got the sense
that he was pissed that basic truths were being sullied, incensed that he had to justify 'hope'. "We hold these truths to be self-evident". He's talking about the very heart of what it is to be American, it is "self-evident". And it is being sullied for petty political purposes. It's damned insulting and I'm glad he's imparting the emotion as well as the words.

And yes he does look more powerful every time I see him, even when it doesn't seem possible.

15. Its a very good sign that he gets pissed on these grounds.

I think at some point in the GE an interviewer (Oreilley?) is going to make a fatal mistake, think he is a good guy and ask a particularly stupid question and is going to get his head handed to him.
