What happens with MI uncommitted delegates if they are seated?
How are the delegates selected in MI? Is it possible for the uncommitted delegates to cast their votes for Hillary, even though they were clearly selected by an anti-Hillary vote?

1. Primary. Percentage of delegates. Interrupted by DNC ruling=Clinton and uncommitted delegates.
If the delegates or a portion of the delegates are seated, Clinton has 55 or less and the rest (45 or less) are uncommitted and may vote for whomever they choose.

4. The DNC has already ruled that both MI and FL can't seat. It they are seated in anyway that
effects the outcome of the race, there will be hell to pay, and the Dems can kiss the White House and probably control of congress good-bye.

Now, if Hill or Barack were to conceed, and release their delegates to the other candidate, than their would be no problem at all in decididing to seat those delegations.
