Is this implying he won't be able to work with both political parties?

I know the difference between "career politician" and "person who gets the job done", but could Obama really be setting people up with some slick words delivered off a silver tongue? I work with nobodies who have a silver tongue. All they do is tell tales of their coworkers behind everyone elses' backs and act like arrogant snots.

What if Obama is doing that behind everyone's backs?
