It could be an honest accident/mix up by some idiot. The Obama and Osama are, in fact, similar and accidents do happen.

The reference to Obama was aural, not visual; so if someone was deliberately trying to draw a link, they are very bad at what they are doing.

Presuming it was a deliberate act by an idiot, it could be a jerk off that supports the Republicans or even some dipshit thinking they are doing Hillary a favor.
