I thought that it may be handy to know for anyone from Madison WI.

Incorrect polling locations published for east, west sides

Incorrect polling place information was published today for eight wards in the city of Madison, six of them at one location on the west side and two on the east side.

The correct polling place for Wards 83, 110, 112, 119, 120 and 129 is The Jefferson, 9401 Old Sauk Road.

The legal notices published in today's editions of the Wisconsin State Journal and The Capital Times also incorrectly identified the polling places for Ward 5 and Ward 8 on the east side. Residents of Ward 5 should go to Door Creek Church, 6602 Dominion Drive to vote. The correct polling place for Ward 83 is Oakwood Village East, 5565 Tancho Drive.

City of Madison voters with questions regarding the location of their polling place can call the City Clerk's office at 266-4601 or visit the clerk's website.
