A quick skim over there doesn't show anything all that bad...not that it rally matters all that much as hillaryis44 is a public site open to posts just as the DU is...so the probabiltiy is is that there's something bad posted by someone there. But the way the newbie OP here was talking, I expected at first to find a long litany of "Obama is a Muslim", "Obama smokes dope with gay hookers in limos nonsense", and I don't see that at all. Most seem to run along the lines of;

The site was started last spring. From the very first it was specifically anti-Obama in the sense that other candidates barely existed. I checked it on and off for months. There was a page for John Edwards, for example, which I expected would have content at some point, but it remained empty no matter how negative Edwards went on Clinton. I haven't looked at in a while, but from its inception, while definitely pro-Hillary, it was also anti-Obama, even as his campaign seemed to stagnate in comparison to hers. But it didn't start when he was strong and it went on and on with its oppo campaign even when he was far weaker. They must have known what was coming, but I wonder why the campaign strategies haven't reflected the threat they apparently saw. Yes, I do think there is a connection between the official campaign and this unofficial website. It's a trapdoor kind of thing.

Boy, constructive criticism just not welcomed, by a few HRC supporters.

I have been here a long time too. And have been called names more in the past few months than the preceding several years. Most personal attacks have come from HRC supporters and they happen when I have asked pertinent questions, made accurate observations, or pointed out to a particular poster that they are engaging in personal attacks on other posters who have different opinions.

When personal attacks are a large portion of what a candidate's supporters here post, instead of helpful info about why they support that candidate, well it does tend to make others wonder if attacks and attempted intimidation is all they have. Worse yet, it makes some readers wonder if that is all the candidate has.

Frankly, I am very sad that some good people have dropped out of the race. And I am very sad that so many good DUers have gone absent due to all the UN-CONSTRUCTIVE and pointless personal attacks in lieu of reasoned, CONSTRUCTIVE debate

I believe the OP mentioned OBJECTIVE too. That is what has been sorely missing around here. Objectivity also tends to help us accept that constructive criticism is NOT an attack but CONSTRUCTIVE tips which we may find useful in forwarding our movement toward our goals.

But I may as well be talking to the wall as try to get that message across around here. Objectivity is long gone for the most part. Emotional response is all the rage.
