9. he actually didn't say "race card"
I've never heard anyone involved in civil rights politics use that silly phrase, which is a phrase of white supremacy that started during the OJ Simpson trial. He said that they used racially charged language and said that, although he admires her record on civil rights, she needs to explain those actions.

6. Sharpton just "lied" though
He talked about not changing the rules in mid stream in regards to seating delegates from Florida and Michigan - and that is a cogent argument, but then he threw courting Super Delegates to win as part of changing the rules in mid stream. He is wrong about that. The rules have always allowed Super Delegates to vote their conscience. Either set of rules may be right or wrong, but there is no denying that it would be a change in the rules to make Super Delegates mirror their votes according to some other criteria.

10. Really. The rules have always allowed Super Delegates to vote any way they want
Those were the rules before this campaign started. They have been the rules for decades. Trying to make them different now, in the middle of the primaries, would be "changing the rules in mid stream". I am not argueing right or wrong here - not regarding Super Delegates, not regarding Florida and Michigan, just basic logic.
