Edited on Sat Feb-23-08 08:32 PM by Thepricebreaker
I'm sorry but I'm ready for this Obama McCain fight, Hillary isn't even an issue.

I think most Obama supporters just deal with the idea of Hillary as a road block...

....a speed bump in the road of hope and change?

Every Hillary thread has like 5-8 replies... there is no inspiration, its just the same old same old tired crap.

Even Hillary supporters know it.. the death throws of a dieing campaign..

At this point I look at Hillary threads as a dieing minority bellowing the death rattle...

We just deal --- to be nice... because your on our side...

And.. if this sounds harsh.. yes - thats the point.

3. Spell-check is your friend
As is not being completely boorish.

You obviously know nothing about either.

Why do I smell so much fertilizer around here lately?

22. While we're correcting, you have a nice little mixed metaphor going on there --
You can't "bellow" a "death rattle" -- because it's a rattle, not a bellow.

Let me say I'm also not surprised that you see Hillary as a "speed bump" -- just like all those other human speed bumps: old people, boomers, gay people, blue collars, etc. etc. How on earth do you Obama kids get anywhere on your Obamabus? You keep stopping to throw good Dems under it!

7. 10 more days
I'm glad somebody put it that way, I need to keep reminding myself. But we do need to put in the phone calling and not take anything for granted. She does still have a lot of supporters and anything can happen.

9. I'm not on your side.
As for your candidate, yes, I'll vote for him if he's the nominee. But I don't have to like, or support, nasty posts masquerading as being "nice."

I don't like Obama, but I've been turned off far more by some of his supporters than from Obama himself.

13. The political cemetery is full of people who had the Clintons beat.
A big reason why I support Hillary is that -- unlike our last two nominees -- she is a fighter. I doubt very much if she will quit before she is officially defeated, and I would be very disappointed in her if she did.

I'd rather have my candiodate go down trying for a change, instead of rolling over and letting the opposition just take it away.

Seriously you alienate a large number of your fellow Dems.

And you couldn't be nice even if you had 2 or 3 ribs removed and could act like a dog. It's just not in your nature.

Go ahead and cut off your dick to spite your balls.

buh bye

ETA: you're illiterate as well. Try the 'spell check.'

25. I'm over Hillary...
Edited on Sat Feb-23-08 09:23 PM by TwoSparkles
I used to be very upset that she was our frontrunner. I was so outraged, as
were millions of other Democrats.

She's a warmongering, corporatist sell out--who has been folded into whatever elitist subgroup
that the Bushies head. She's one of the pod people--along with many corporatist, DLC neocon
Dems and neocon Republicans.

I'm no longer so upset, because I know she's not going to be the nominee.

I do continue to be concerned about the neocons on both sides, and the disgusting damage that
they have inflicted on our country. It's absolutely astounding.

Obama is our best way out of this. Let's hope that he can bring together sane members of Congress--on
both sides of the aisle and get our country back.

One thing is for sure--the powers that be wanted Hillary and McCain running against each other.

How will they handle an Obama presidency?
