I won't repost it here...all the things which Obama voted for, you know, like DEMOCRATIC proposals and stuff like that there. HOW DARE HE!! :sarcasm:

so here is the text of the note I scribbled back to my former patient (please excuse the brevity but I have work to do besides politicking day and night:

Dear ---:

Well, he is a Democrat. Given the lock-step nature of the 6 years of Bush-led/blackmailed Congresses, did you think that your next President was going to vote with the Dems 50% of the time? And why wouldn't he vote for those proposals proffered by his Party? I don't get it...I really don't understand how this is supposed to work.

And remember, it was you guys who torpedoed Hillary. Imagine if all those e-mails hadn't gone out about her for the last 15 years, how easily she would have been to beat in the General Election. But no, you inoculated the society against her so completely that many progressive, liberal Dems stated that they in no circumstances, would vote for her. Congratulations...you won. Someone else is going to be nominated.

BTW...one more thing:

for now at least...certainly there'll be more as this progresses, but:

Enthusiasm + Conservative Politician + Metaphor (shining City on a hill) = Irrefutable evidence of Patriotism

Enthusiasm + Liberal Politician + Metaphor (Change, Yes we can) = Irrefutable evidence of Cult or Weirdness
