Positives of the latest Primary Drama...
Digging and reading through all these posts today originally had me very uptight with the state of the Primary.

Then it hit me. All of the spiel of HRC being "Vetted" "Tested" "Attacked for 15 years and still going" like she's the energizer bunny etc. All the smarm about how Obama isn't ready because he's never been thrashed in the Republican political grinder. The experience line being touted over and over again...

All of that has been thrown to the wind. She may actually doing the Dem Party a favor. Hillary isn't my candidate, granted, but I want to reiterate that she's very intelligent. No common sense, but sharp as a whip.

Has anyone ever thought that maybe, just maybe she KNOWS that she's not going to win. Maybe, just MAYBE she knows that McCain will toss everything she's tossing out there in the GE. Just maybe, she wants to get it out there and done with before the GE.

If it's already out there, what is he going to throw? If Obama has already deflected every attack leveled at him with the "Right wing talking points" people are so up in arms with, what ammunition will the Republican party have?

Answer: They'll have nothing left.

This was Hillary's one shot at the Presidency, I think she's smart enough to know that. If she couldn't win the nod with all the positives behind her with Bill, name recognition and coming off of a Bush administration...she will never win it. I'm sorry HRC supporters, I know that you have alot of belly aches. I was heartbroken when JRE left the stage, but it doesn't change the fact that her run is pretty much over with.

Politics is built out of many layers, and they go very deep. That's why I could never be a politician, it's just not in me to have so many fires going at once.

Am I disgusted by the recent developments? Yes.
Am I appalled at the tone they are given in? Yes.
Do I cringe when I see the misplaced anger and nasty faces? Yes.

Are the people claiming that this is exactly what the RW will do correct? ..again Yes.

Even if she's spitting these vile statements and mocking sarcasm with a truly selfish motivation, it's not better or worse than what the RW will do when Obama gets the nod. So even if I'm wrong, it's good to get the "Silly" things out there...because without bullets McCain is left holding an empty gun.
