A question for Dodd supporters....
Does Dodd's endorsement of Obama effect your decision? If so, does it encourage or discourage you to vote for Obama in the Primary and in the General Election?

1. I would like to comment here
I was an Edwards supporter and regardless who he endorses, if he endorses, I will still make my own decision on who to vote for and support prior to the confirmation of one or the other Democrat.

Once there is a nominee, I will fully support that person whoever he or she is.

My vote is my decision so far as I the choices that are presented to me.

2. CNN: Dodd Says Obama Ready to be President
http://www.cnn.com/2008/POLITICS/02/26/dodd.obama/index.html

A former adviser for Dodd said the timing of the Connecticut senator's endorsement "works pretty well" given that foreign policy has become a key issue of the campaign.

"With Clinton on the attack, a recognized leader on foreign and military affairs is vouching for Obama's readiness," the Dodd adviser told CNN.

Dodd dropped out of the race for the Democratic nomination following the Iowa caucuses on January 3.

He's a senior member of the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations and chairman of the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs
