1. No, he won't.

It doesn't appear that he will get to be the Green Party Nominee this time. He will be forced to run as a Independent, and to get on the ballot, he'll have 50 different state's rules to go through. Some based on signatures, some on application fees, etc. He'll probably only be able to get on 20-30 states

2. Nader Really is a Non-Issue

If the Democratic establishment needs the left to vote for them, they better act like it and stop shitting on us all. Then Nader is no longer a threat in their minds.
