Why did Mrs Rezcko buy the side yard to Obama's 2 million dollar mansion?
It cost $600,000.00.

Why would anyone do this?

And 600K for a lot seems reasonable to me in a neighb with 2M houses

It was a very good investment. It's empty property in a desirable neighborhood. And Obama lives next door. That land is worth more than twice what Rezko paid for it.

10. It wasn't a yard, it was a plot of land... and Rezko was planning on developing the land
so the purchase was in his own interest.
