The Clinton library donor list is not hers to release, though.

People donate to it with the expectation that their contribution isn't made public. Nobody has a right to know what non-profits you donate to. The same is true for donors to the library.

So, like 5 minutes before she accepts the nomination, her staff puts one copy in the mail. Voila! She released it before the nomination. Or maybe it depends on your definition of "release".

And since she knows by now that she's not getting the nomination, she can take some small comfort in not releasing the information as to the sources of Bill's vast income.
