3. Cutting funding has never been a reality.
He has supported timetables and phased withdrawal. There is little else he could have specifically done. ANd that was his whole point. Shit's fucked up now, and there is no easy solution.

We should have never gone in. Period.

9. no. he voted to get time tables. THat was rejected
so he then voted to keep the troops armed, fed, etc. since Bush and his loyal bunch of demons on the GOP side of the aisle were having none of this withdrawal stuff.
