Impeachment ain't happenin' and I am deeply saddened by that.

Investigation and prosecution is always possible and many of their crimes have no statute of limitations.

Will your candidate at least **seriously** investigate?

1. Unfortunately, neither of them
(or the others who were running previously, other than DK) seem to want to touch this.

Politics.

2. Bush and Cheney will never be prosecuted. And to want that is political suicide. What is required

are Investigations leading to Truth and Reconciliation hearings. And doing so is the only way the USA can restore it's balance.
To just sweep everything under the rug one more time would allow too much toxic waste to remain in the body politic.
Americans need to face some measure of reality when it comes to the Far Right, Neo-Conservatives and Neo-Liberals.

But trying to nail them to the wall would cause a serious backlash.

Better to have the Truth inscribed forever into the historical record.

Cheney won't live forever (he's old) and Bush is already an international pariah.

Some higher ups probably should be held accountable ala Libby.

The underlings just need to be rooted out and dismissed from public service.

3. I believe the crime family is planning for such investigations
either by us or more appropriately an international body. That's why bush will set up housekeeping in Paraguay after the inauguration. He'll probably take a bunch of his fellow criminals with him.
