Have a lot of supporters on either side ever thought about...
the fact that the reason a lot of voters who have voted for Obama are voting for him because they are not racists or that they have biracial family members, and therefore are not just looking at him due to his race. Or that a lot of people in this country want a for real change. A lot of these voters are new voters who have never really paid attention to politics until they started seeing what politics can do as it pertains to their personal lives.

I think that a lot of people are looking at Hillary because they like what she is saying also, and that she will also would bring change but, they are so familiar with her and Bill that they believe that they will not see any real change but more of the same. I believe that now that the media is waking up to the fact that they beat up on Hillary so much that, they have convinced a lot of these new voters to hate her but now they cannot change what they have started, too late.

The media has made this election about race instead of ideas. Not anyone of any group, black, white, hispanic, asian, etc...thinks the same on every issue. The media does not really know the country as well as they think they do. The republicons in particular are looking at the world as though this is the the 1950's...

1. Voters want something different than the GOP
That party is looking more and more like the party that ruined this nation and obstructed important legislation. Some people are looking forward to voting for real change, and they see that real change embodied in both our leading candidates. If Clinton is the nominee, she will get my 90 year old Republican mother's vote, because she sincerely wants to see a woman President. If Obama heads our ticket, I will be glad to vote for a man whose roots are international in scope.

McCain admitted that he is liberal. I can't wait to hear what his base has to say about that...

ANOTHER ONE???? Since when Americasns are ready to invest in another drunken student who graduated with poor grades due to too much partying????

McCain has a terrible history of being the Party Dude...showed up at Annapolis with a new sports car and it was party time for him...The GOOPers are fluffing it off as immature growing pains.....

Did he learn anything profound???...not so profound?

Can we ask BUSH who was also the party dude..and a cheerleader no less?

I submit they only learned enough to pass muster in an average way...

This is not how to get good leaders......

McCoy...oops, I meant McCain qualified to be President...Oh, in the basics he does,, but thats all

Void of thinking due to past over drinking.... make this a campaign theme..

Should WE trust a Drinker over a Thinker again?

"ANOTHER ONE?"....... "AGAIN?????"

The Odds favor a GOP Disaster..all across the board....the Much Dreaded Political SEA CHANGE/ SHIFT from Stupid to LUCID

7. If they are new voters
and they also are overly familiar with Clinton, I'm a tad confused. Are they new voters due to youth or previous apathy? If they are first time age able voters, they are not familiar at all with Clinton, Bill or Hill, unless maybe they come from NY. One of them told me 'Bill Clinton is the one who made it illegal to be gay in the military and outlawed gay marriage for private citizens'....so familiar does not seem to be the right word.
If they are old enough to have voted against Bush even once and did not, then their opinions are a bit on the suspect side in my book. No offense. Anyone who would not lift a finger to defeat Bush is without discernment. Period.

9. New voters come in many stripes...Some will stay Blue while others return to the PUB RED
My bet is many younger voters will stay as believers and vote for the O Man...hoping to propell him into a positrion to make Hope Happen....

If his heart is pure to the Dem Philosophy of Benevolency and fairness to the masses...he will do it and make it very diff for anyone to follow....

Will he do it??? Will he be able to make America a better place?...dats too easy...

Bush made it easy for him to do better....

Lets see what level Obama takes the Nation to....
