I'll sure be glad when all this crap is over*.
*Disclaimer - As I've said before, ad nauseum, I'll vote for whoever has the (D) after their name in November.
From the top of the slate to the very bottom.

Now...I've been around here for a few years.
And until a few weeks ago I have NEVER put anyone on 'ignore'.
I just don't read their stuff.
But this has gotten so vitriolic, in-your-face, name calling, even to the extent of tracking you down to continue your invective with PMs.

So now this old soldier has 9 people on 'ignore'.
Which makes me feel like a 5 year old with his fingers in his ears.
"I can't hear you - I can't hear you."
But it helps to keep the blood pressure down.
jeez

2. This is my first time, too.
I've been here for four years and I never even thought about putting someone on ignore. I always wanted to hear what everyone had to say. But this is just getting ridiculous. I have about five people on ignore now and am tempted to put a few more on. At least until this is over.

I haven't been here that long, I just assumed it was always like this LOL

I do have about 6 people on ignore right now, the list probably will get bigger.

6. I never used to put peeps on iggy but
I now have 28!!! TWENTY EIGHT on various degree's of iggy and probation. :(

It really sucks but I was getting heartburn and moody... to moody.

I'm doing a lot better by not reading the infamous 28's BS!

I'll take them off, one by one, as this thing wraps up.

I've already taken off three and each one got put back on!

I tried! I really tried. :P

Not each other.

Once a nominee is known, that will be the beginning of the end of the mudslinging.

Can't wait either!

Keep the faith. :pals:

9. I've seen others who have been around a long time say that it was
this way back in 2004, but I wasn't here then. They also say that after we have a definite nominee that things will settle down and we can concentrate on defeating the Republicans. I certainly hope so. This bickering is really hard to take.

12. I was here then and it was not this bad.
I was a Clarkie and was very upset when he dropped out. However, I never felt extremely negative toward the Kerry supporters and quickly became an ardent Kerry supporter myself once he got the nomination.

I can tell you that won't happen if Obama gets the nomination. This is due to several factors, but I cannot, as of right now, support Obama or interact with his fanatical supporters. No offense if you support Obama, because they are not all, THANK GOD, as crazed as MOST on DU.

11. The reason I kinda want Clinton to gracefully drop out if she loses Texas...
is becasue I just want this nomination process to be over. I don't even think I care a whole lot who wins it, I just want us to come together, let our wounds heal, and get ready for a brawl in the general. If Hillary wins fine, if Obama wins fine, let's just end this and stop all the bitching and hurt feelings.
