We need laws that will cut down on polling
Too many polls is bad for democracy. Legislation should be considered to cut down on polling.

while polls can lead to a false sense of bandwagon effect, I hope you're kidding about laws designed to limit them.

A better idea is for polling organizations to put some sort of disclaimer out about their polls. The general public can be a bit sheepish when they see one candidate in front of another and go with the person "everyone else" seems to be supporting.
