The point is that Jack is a nut who attacks peoples cars with his golf clubs. The video has some entertainment value but it is clearly a joke. You think he could have characters who were admirable in some way endorse her. Batman would be a better choice than The Joker and someone who is known to be stable would be a better choice than Jack.

I think he would have had to have gotten clearance from the film companies to use that footage.
