I thought the nominee and the President was chosen by the American people, well that was until 2000. I guess we need to disenfranchise all those millions of voters who voted like me. Forget the ones who couldn't vote for Barack because he wasn't on the ballot in Michigan. Hillary won it fair and square. Let's let Florida slide, even though all candidates agreed to the process, by not seating the delegates and not campaigning there. I guess Barack should have held a fundraiser in Florida disguised as a getting out the vote too. I guess all those people who were told that their vote wouldn't count in Florida are disenfranchised too.
I guess it's okay to change the rules in midgame when things don't go your way. I guess if you see something wrong with the system, we should agree to it until we find out it doesn't go our way.
Let me make this clear, I will vote for Hillary, but only if she wins it fairly. I will not stand for the millions and millions of people's votes being disenfranchised because the rules got changed in the middle of the game. Al Gore got robbed, it doesn't make it okay for one of our own to rob the other. Sorry!
Honestly, I think this is all heresay anyway, considering how her campaign has been run. I think Hillary really does have a good heart, and surely she will not disenfranchise voters. I think this is her ruthless Campaign talking, not her. I feel sorry for her. She has been advised poorly throughout this whole process. I am starting to wonder which side Mark Penn is on, since Charly (last name) works for McCain. Charly works under Mark Penn, as President of one of his subsidiary companies. Maybe this is Mark Penn's hope that he destroys Hillary, so he can have McCain. It would be a conflict of interest for him to have Hillary vs. McCain. Think about it, Republicans are for Big Business, Democrats are not. Bill Clinton argued for Nafta, so Mark Penn was happy with him. I find it hard to believe he is happy with Hillary over McCain. Just my opinion.
Hillary, I still believe in you. Please stop the madness, because you are losing respect of some of the American people. I want to vote for you if you're the nominee, please don't take my right to do that away. Granted it will be by choice, but a moral one.
Maybe this is what Mark Penn wants, to villify her, try to cheat, so we divide the Democratic party and McCain wins. After all that is the only way he can, as evidenced by the tremendous turnout of people voting Democratic over Republican in the race so far. Even before McCain was the "nominee" and they had all their candidates, their total votes combined paled in extreme comparison to Democrats, so I find it hard to believe when some say that Republicans are just jumping over to the other side to skew the vote. Maybe that's the case after he was the "nominee", because votes wouldn't matter much then.
