24. Question about the Constitution.

Obama says because of the 9/11 attacks the President has developed the unitary executive theory. Habeas corpus, warrantless wiretapping... Obama thinks it's wrong. Contrary to the spirit that nobody is above the law.

Obama will call in his Attorney General and ask him/her to review every single Bush executive order and reverse anything that violates civil liberties.

He doesn't support gay marriage, but he supports strong civil unions giving same-sex couples equal federally-protected rights that married couples have.

Individual religious denominations can make the decision themselves if they want to recognize a same-sex union.

was that Elizabeth and Cate both are pro marriage equality, and I thought that could possibly push him more towards the correct position. I was originally a DK supporter.

I want marriage equality in all 50 states. It's gonna be a long wait, I'm afraid.
