scroll down to the bottom of page, under "other options" click "report this item" and read their description under "prohibited items (banned items)" and then "offensive and potentially offensive items" and then "hateful, discriminatory or racial language in an item description"

their Offensive Material Policy they state: "Sellers may not list items that promote or glorify hatred, violence, racial or religious intolerance, or items that promote organizations with such views." if you click on the show line it states: "eBay will judiciously disallow listings or items that promote or glorify hatred, violence, racial or religious intolerance,"

no matter which candidate you support--this kind of crap is offensive. imo it definitely glorifies "hatred" and "racial or religious intolerance"
