8. Income tax records are not good indicators of a person's financials......

....too many exemptions and loopholes. The US Senate's individual senator's financial reports are better. They have to reveal anything the senator is financially involved in.

But, hey, the IWR vote is wearing thin for Obama, since he supported all the money authorizations for the war, so stir up some bullshit about income taxes. That might help.
