Obama supporters: Don't despair. Hillary will win TX/OH tommorrow BUT
Well, looking like Hillary will win Ohio by around 7-11 and Texas by 6-7 points. Congratulations Hillary fans. You stuck by your candidate when she looked down and out and now she's headed towards a banner day tommorrow on Super Tuesday II. It's a great testament to how strong a campaigner she is. TX And OH are huge pick-ups for her. I congratulate her.

She'll probably get a 6-7 point national poll lead by this time next week but Obama has 7 weeks now to camp out in PA. He'll make PA Iowa II. There will be more debates, more rallies, PA voters will come to know Obama the way Iowans did. Obama is only 6 points down in PA NOW. Let's give him some time to meet thousands of Pennsylvanians. Hillary's free ride in the press won't last forever.

What's the harm in going to April 22nd. PA seems far less of a firewall for HRC than Ohio is/was. I think Obama can win there.

Plus, he'll win WY and MS big and erase Hillary's negligible delegate gain from March 4th. Plus Obama will still be 140-150 delegates ahead going into April 22nd.

Super Tuesday II belongs to HRC. A well earned victory. But just like the race wasn't over after Obama's WI win, it's not over after March 4.

On to Pennsylvania!

1. Hillary will win by 7-11 points in Ohio? And 6-7 points in Texas?
Edited on Mon Mar-03-08 05:11 PM by NJSecularist
Don't count your chickens before they hatch.

Obama may still win Texas. I wouldn't rule out a surprise win in Ohio for Obama ala Missouri (although it will be close). Remember that SurveyUSA had Hillary up by 11 in Missouri and Obama won by 1% point. The demographics in those state are a bit similar.

7. PPI shows this
50-44 HRC in TX. 51-40 in OH I believe:(

That's what I base it on.

Plus, Hillary won't be able to make this insurgent just disappear. He has too many delegates. At the very least, he'll be VP if he wants it.

2. Watch Texas.
Hillary has not won a caucus ever. Obama will win TX with the "Texas Two Step" Delegate allocation.

13. Recall the Polls dont include Cell Phone users (just Landlines) -- Lot of Young people with Cells
It is too early to call who will win either state and when u factor in that most polls are done to people with landlines and tends to underpoll younger generation, and african-americans, etc this is why when votes come in for Obama they have been better than expected...look at the last 11 contest results and you will see that Obama always exceeds polls...so with OH and TX this close it is premature to assume a victory for either party...to me it looks like it will be very tight and hilary desperately needs a large margin victory for both.

As I said, you're going to make yourself sick.

I think your predictions are wrong. You're underestimating Obama but we'll know for sure tomorrow.
