13. Hmmm. I just got a call from Obama
and he told me the caucus starts at 7pm, which means that's when the polls would close, which is what I've heard. That's also what the local paper says here in Houston.

11. Theres always one
Tweety is an idiot.

Every Clinton/Obama ad for the state has said 7p CST for polls closing, 7:15 to convention (caucus).

Every news outlet has repeated the same.

4 - The polls close across Texas at 7pm local time. Most of Texas is in the central time zone, with the exception of some west Texas areas (e.g. El Paso) which are in the mountain time zone. The Texas secretary of state's office says it will begin reporting results immediately after 7pm central time. These results will be available at http://enr.sos.state.tx.us/enr/

12. Yep -- that one is 7:30
Took some digging -- everything I saw referenced 19:00.

Researched on Ohio Polls Close 7:30 and found:

The Ohio primary election is Tuesday. Polls open at 6:30 a.m. and close at 7:30 p.m. If you are still standing in line at your polling location at 7:30 p.m., poll workers must give you the opportunity to vote.
