My Precious DU Friends, Please Be Nice: We Have to Face Each Other The Morning After.
Edited on Mon Mar-03-08 08:01 PM by Mike03
Only one of our candidates can win at this point.

It's going to be Obama or Clinton.

Whichever one wins, that person will be the next best hope, to revoke the horror of the Bush administration and reunite our nation with dignity with our foreign neighbor hs.

This place, DU, has meant so much to me over the horrendous past six years. We have to keep being friends, or at least, at the conclusion of this good-spirited warfare, remember it is in our best interest to reunite.

1. Excellent sentiments, but
I suggest makeup sex not commence until after the convention. At my age celibacy will be fine and dandy.

4. Or either wake up in November to more Republican rule
I am in my eighties, please don't let me spend the rest of my life looking at John McCain.

5. Hi, Mike.
The place is a sewer right now and no amount of pleading is going to change that.

The distortions, name calling and lack of civility have reached a new low. It is so bad that those with sanity can not even respond.

I think that many here now will leave once the nomination is settled, because it is clearly their sole purpose to spew hatred at the other candidate. The game for them will end at that point.

But until then, I expect only an escalation in the madness.

7. No We Don't...
We just gather up our clothes, find the window next to the fire-escape, and make our silent exit.

BTW - I agree with you.
