Why Hasn't Obama Been Asked & Called to Answer The Following:
Why Hasn't Obama Been Asked & Called to Answer The Following:

What are Barack Obama's bedrock positions on anything we voters can rely on?

Why has Obama changed the position he claims he had back in 2003, against the war?

Obama made promises and/or let the people believe that he would stop the war and bring the troops home.

BUT NOW HE SAYS HE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEND MORE TROOPS INTO IRAQ if he finds that Al Qaeda has a base of support there... which it appears they do have and have had since Bush got us into the war over there... so which is it?

IS OBAMA GOING TO BRING THE TROOPS HOME OR SEND MORE IN -- based on what he knows right now?!

Why did he at one point support the protection of the Palestinians in Gaza against Israeli abuses, but now has withdrawn his support and is willing to to let Israel take another strip of land away from the Palestinians, which will displace 1.5 million people, possibly killing many of them?

Why did Obama pick Lieberman to be his mentor in Congress, after Lieberman had dumped the Dems to become a so-called "Independent" but marching in lock-step with Bush all the way on the war as long as Israel is always protected?

Couldn't Obama find a real Democrat to mentor him?

Why was Obama for the bombing of Iran in 2004 and against it in 2007?

With regard to Social Security, why did Obama say in May of 2007 that cutting benefits for Social Security and raising the age of retirement "should be on the table" -- in other words fair game for consideration?

However, by Nov he seems to have backed off that by saying that cutting benefits should be "off the table" -- BUT THAT'S NOT A STRAIGHT ANSWER.

IS IT HANDS OFF SOCIAL SECURITY OR NOT?

Why did Obama leave his supporters in SC thinking he'd be tough on illegal immigration, and has now wooed the Hispanic vote, by making Hispanics believe he's on their side and going to help them out?

What exactly were his actual dealings with Tony Rezko? What does the 3 year investigation of Rezko -- Obama's friend for 17 years -- reveal about Obama that the voters would want to know?

What IS Obama's position on NAFTA?

Sending people to his website to read his answers is not going to cut it. The written word can be altered, or claimed to have typos and errors.

I want to hear these answers from Obama's own mouth.

What specifically and exactly are his stands on these issues?

1. Do yourself a favor and delete this. You're in the wrong forum.

If your thread is about the Democratic presidential primaries and caucuses, or about any of the candidates running for the Democratic presidential nomination, or anything remotely related...
Please post in this forum:

5. As I Said, I'm New...
As I Said, I'm New... I think I considered putting this in one of the GD primaries, but politics and campaigns seemed a closer fit. In fact the two creatures below had me so rattled, I remembered looking for the forums tagged primaries, and momentarily remembered posting in one of those.

Then when I took a breath and looked at your post to me, I realized I'd picked this forum because of its title.

This is probably the reason I didn't join this forum whenever it started -- I've been on the Internet for 12 years -- so whenever DU started, I saw it, but didn't join.

People posting anonymously can be the nastiest individuals. And I don't feel like being abused for working hard to research something, and asking the questions that need to be asked about those things.

What DO you discuss in this forum?

6. The Politics/Campaigns forum
The Politics/Campaigns forum, is not the place to discuss the current primary season or the candidates. This is why I included the GD: Primaries forum rule in my post to you. If you consider advice and information to be nasty, that's your problem.

4. I'm New Here, No One Sent Me. This Is My First Top Post Here.
I'm New Here, No One Sent Me. This Is My First Top Post Here.

I Looked for How to Post A New Topic.

The Instructions Said To Look For a Forum Which Most Closely Fit the Topic.

This is information Voters might want to know and tomorrow will be too late.

So I thought I should put it in the topic of primaries.

This is a free country or used to be before Bush, and free speech is still free =-- or was the last time I looked.

What forum(s) would you suggest for this topic.

Oh, and thank for being so pleasant and being so unlike complete *ssholes to me about a fair post that ASKS questions that need to be answered!
