I sure miss JOHN EDWARDS
after watching Hillary commit the most disgusting display of arse kissing and advertising of the GOP nominee (which will be used as a commercial!), then, sadly watching our favored remaining candidate appear very ill-prepared for a slew of questions that they will keep asking, makes me really miss John Edwards in this race.

Yes, many of you Clinton and Obama supporters who kept clamoring for him to leave got what they wanted, but America did not get the best of the 3 big candidates, although I heartily support Obama over Senator (R) Clinton - NY.

Yesterday was the last day I thought somewhat positively of Hillary. She is a fraud.

I really hope she goes down in flames today, and, loses her seat in NY to a DEM challenger. To actually mention the GOP nominee in a positive light while denouncing Obama, whom she knows in her heart has most likely won this - is the dirtiest slime ball move I've seen her make.

I'm concerned many DUers will get banned from this site for supporting her since she clearly is a Republican based on her words.

And, Come on Sen. Obama, we need you to perform better in those press conferences, or the GOP machine will control the dialog! He really needs to pick John, who's words flow out smoothly when being questioned. There's no debate that Barack can give the best speech of any DEM today, but in direct questioning in debates and press conferences, he occasionally falters.

If not John, then Joe Biden or Russ Feingold.
Of course, if it's Biden, the slew of plagiarist attacks will be massive, so I dunno, but I do know this, I hope Hillary loses today!

Texas and Ohio 51% to Obama so we can get rid of the Republican senator from NY.

13. Hillary was my second choice too.
All this fighting between democrats is really disheartening. I guess I'm just too old now to want to tolerate being cursed at because I disagree with some of the posters. That is why I rarely post anymore. I will probably post more today than I have in years, simply because it is such an important day to all of us.

4. I do too
I am a Kucinich supporter, but Edwards was my next choice. At this point, I just want to make sure we don't snatch defeat from the jaws of victory once more time.

15. well...
She uttered those words in a very negative manner, AND said ALL Obama had was a speech he gave in 2002. That's totally anti-Obama while saying a glowing positive about McCain. At this late juncture in the race, that's unacceptable for unity. John Edwards didn't bash the two of them when he left the race and call McCain, clearly the more mature of the three, for example.

18. Hillary is a horrible campaigner, obviously, so,
when she says something horrible, her withering amount of supporters should expect her to get hammered for it. I'm not the one who said for 100 million people to hear, that McCain has experience, and all Obama's experience consists of is a speech from 2002.

My comment was snarky sarcasm, in calling her R-NY for her disgusting attack on Obama while propping up the warmongering ghoul from Arizona - which millions heard her do, and it does nothing but split apart the party.

Therefore, she's better off in the (R) category if she's going to be defamatory and lie while stating Obama's only experience is a SPEECH! What a lousy comment to say to a fellow Senator who works hard for America.

Experience??? She doesn't have that much experience either, so this makes her look extremely negative.

17. When does Indiana ever have a chance of going Democratic?
It's roughly 2/3 Republican, and they cannot stand the Clintons.

11. Well, if he was still in the race
there would be people here today accusing him of all the same ridiculous shit people are saying about HRC and BO, as well as threatening not to vote if he's the nominee, accusing him of deploying loathsome trickery in his quest for unlimited power, and offering anecdotal evidence of Republicans voting for him because "they know he's the weakest candidate!"

If he ever feels like he might have made the wrong decision in dropping out, I hope that he would just peruse the august pages of General Discussion: Primaries and thank his lucky stars that he doesn't have to put up with this bullshit.
